Tupac Shakur‘s handwritten lyrics could be hanging on your bedroom wall … for the price of a mid-level domestic sedan.
The original lyric sheet to “Catchin’ Feelings” — from 2002′s Better Dayz album — is up for grabs, courtesy of the memorabilia company Moments in Time. Retail price … $38,500.
Gary Zimet, who owns MiT, tells us he obtained the lyrics from an ex-employee of the studio where Tupac recorded the track in ’96 … and, wisely, he’s been holding onto the framed piece until this month.
Sept. 13 will mark the 20th anniversary of Pac’s death, so he’s expecting collectors to open their wallets. If you’re feeling like a ridah … hit ‘em up.
