The Game‘s sexual assault accuser won’t get access to his financial records … now that a judge has shut down her request.
Priscilla Rainey had requested Game’s books so she could determine his net worth ahead of the trial, but the judge denied her because she skirted the court’s procedural rules. Rainey can refile her request, but she’s gonna have to hurry … the trial’s less than 2 weeks away.
TMZ broke the story … Rainey’s suing Game for $10 mil for allegedly sexually assaulting her during the taping of his reality show.
