The singer/producer sold his 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom mansion for $1.22 million — netting him a $210k win. He bought the 3,933 square foot home back in 2008 … and with all the work it’s almost a wonder why he gave it up.
The home’s in an exclusive gated community … it has a master suite with 2 walk-in closets, a terrace, 2 kitchens, a billiard room, theater and gym. The pad also has a pool and spa.
That’s living The-Dream.
