We got the “Jackass” star at LAX … he’s ecstatic about California outlawing orca breeding and captivity programs, and says he’s stoked killer whale shows are coming to an end, too.
Steve-O knows there are still problems, though … and has some final words of advice for SeaWorld on how they can fix them.
