An emotional Ray Rice spoke to the Florida State football team — and begged the players to learn from his mistake … DON’T HIT WOMEN!!!!
Rice was invited to speak to the team on August 14th … and it was all caught on camera as part of Showtime’s “A Season with Florida State Football.”
“I made the worst decision of my life,” Rice said … “And the reality of it is I’m not playing football right now not because I’m not good enough, because I made the worst decision of my life.”
We’re told Rice spent the entire day with the team — attended team meetings, practice and spoke with some players individually.
It’s especially relevant considering just last year, FSU’s backup quarterback was captured on video punching a woman HARD in the face at a bar.
The QB was sentenced to 10 days in jail and has since been dismissed from the FSU team.
