Biebs was at Mozambique restaurant in Laguna Beach and joined a reggae band onstage recently, but not to sing … he was there to beat the skins.
Justin showed up with his current squeeze and a few other friends. They mingled and took a few pics, but the main event was JB banging out a beat.
