French IndyCar racing champion Simon Pagenaud has a winning record on the track, but in the streets, it’s a different story.
TMZ Sports got Simon in NYC Wednesday (a few days after he clenched the Verizon IndyCar Series Championship) … and asked him if he ever races fans on the road.
To our surprise, he says he actually always LOSES … but wait till you hear why.
