Hillary Clinton is about to deliver her formal concession speech at 10:30 AM ET … 7:30 AM PT.
Clinton was a no-show at her party Tuesday night … her campaign chair, John Podesta, sent the crowd home at around 2 AM ET.
She called Trump last night to congratulate him, but today she’ll talk to America.
Of course, we will be live streaming the speech.
