Floyd Mayweather ain’t ready to close the book on a possible Conor McGregor fight — saying it’s still up in the air … and hinting that he’ll do it if the money is right.
With McGregor once again hinting at a match with Floyd during the UFC 205 media event on Tuesday, we had to ask Floyd how he felt about it.
Long story short … Floyd says it’s super difficult to put the fight together — as we all know from the first time he tried to make it happen — but wouldn’t say it’s completely off the table.
“Are we going to fight? I just don’t know.”
Mayweather also praised Conor as a great fighter who’s “very good” at stand-up fighting.
One last thing … we asked Floyd if he was planning to stay retired — and his response, “For a couple bucks, you just don’t know.”
