Eric Stonestreet‘s getting rid of his L.A. starter home now that he’s reportedly making $10 million a year on “Modern Family,” and the sale is sure to put more money in his well-lined pockets.
The 2 bedroom, 2 bath Studio City home is up for grabs for $1.099 million. Not bad, considering Eric bought the pad for $735,000 in 2008, before he got the “Modern Family” gig.
There’s a galley kitchen, a large living space with exposed beams and a large outdoor patio, but the place could use some updates.
Eric listed the property with Tina Smith. We’re told he’s been renting it out for a while, which could explain the decor and the need for a new paint job.
