Ezekiel Elliott will not face any charges for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend … TMZ Sports has learned.
The Columbus, OH City Attorney says there were inconsistent details about what the woman claimed were 5 separate incidents from July 17 to July 22 — and as a result prosecutors felt there wasn’t enough evidence to bring a case against the Cowboys running back.
The City Attorney says Elliott and his attorneys fully cooperated with the investigation.
Prosecutors released a bunch of photos showing bruises on the woman, which she claimed Elliott inflicted. The City Attorney Office says it tried to determine the the source of the injuries.
They’re not saying it, but it appears prosecutors couldn’t find enough evidence to pin it on Elliott.
