The FBI says there’s nothing to investigate with Brad Pitt and the incident on a jet with son Maddox … TMZ has learned.
The Agency has closed its inquiry into the incident in which Brad and Maddox got into it and some contact was made.
The Agency says, “The FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation. No charges have been filed in this matter.”
The FBI action follows the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services, which closed its investigation, concluding there was no child abuse.
Brad and Angelina are still at war over custody of their 6 kids. She wants sole physical custody and he’s asking the divorce judge for joint custody.
