49ers TE Bruce Miller — Busted for Assault … Allegedly Punched 70-year-old Man

49ers TE Bruce Miller was arrested for allegedly attacking 2 men — including one who was 70 … according to a report.

TMZ Sports confirmed Miller was busted for assault with a deadly weapon, 2 counts of criminal threats and battery. Bail’s been set at $178k.

The altercation went down Monday morning after Miller tried but couldn’t check into Fisherman’s Wharf Marriott Hotel Sunday night. He was told the hotel was full. He returned the next morning and allegedly punched a 70-year-old man in the face and broke several of the man’s bones … this according to KTVU.

Miller knocked on one of the guest room’s doors and when the guest opened the door, Miller allegedly attacked him before his 70-year-old father came to his defense. Both men were transported to a hospital. 

Miller fled but later was apprehended and arrested. The 49ers released a statement, saying, “The San Francisco 49ers organization is aware of the media report regarding Bruce Miller. We are gathering the relevant facts of this matter and will continue to monitor the situation.”
